eCards

dusk eCards can be redeemed at any dusk store throughout Australia and online in your shopping cart. eCards are to be treated like cash; defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen cards will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed. Gift cards are redeemable towards the purchase of any product available at the time of presentation. eCards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used for payment of credit or retailer accounts. No vouchers or offers can be used to purchase gift cards.

eCards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase; will be void and may not be redeemed after the expiry date; cannot be reloaded. eCards are partially redeemable and cannot be used for a purchase under $5. It is up to the cardholder to use the full value of the card before the expiry date. Cash will not be given for any unused balance; unused balance on expiry of the eCard will not be refunded or credited. When the cost of the purchase exceeds the available card balance, the cardholder is required to make up the difference with another payment method.

Cardholders are liable for all transactions on the card except to extent to which there has been fraud or negligence by us or our employees. Actual burn time of our candle products depends on a number of ambient factors therefore the times given are approximate. All product dimensions are to the nearest mm and are subject to change without notice.
