  • Please treat eeCards like cash. Lost or stolen eeCards cannot be replaced or refunded.
  • Subject to our fraud review process and technology service providers, eeCards are generally emailed to the designated recipient within 30 minutes after purchase.
  • eeCards can be redeemed for purchases online or in store at any French Connection Australia store, excluding French Connection Australia concession stores (MYER and David Jones).
  • eeCards can be redeemed in whole or for part of a payment.
  • eeCards are not redeemable for cash or credit, and no change will be given.
  • eeCards expire 3 years after the date of purchase.
