Please treat eeCards like cash. Lost or stolen eeCards cannot be replaced or refunded. Subject to our fraud review process and technology service providers, eeCards are generally emailed to the designated recipient within 30 minutes after purchase. eeCards can be redeemed for purchases at Seed Heritage Online and at any of our Australian, New Zealand, Hong Kong or Singapore Stores, excluding Seed Heritage Concession Stores (David Jones, Myer, Ballantynes, Harvey Nichols and Takashimaya). eeCards can be redeemed in whole or for part of a payment. eeCards are not redeemable for cash or credit, and no change will be given. eeCards expire 36 months after the date of purchase.
